• Individual/Couple Intake Assessment (90 minutes) = $250

• Individual/Couple Psychotherapy (60 minutes) = $175

• Individual/Couple Psychotherapy (90 minutes) = $250

• Payment methods accepted are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover card (credit card processing fees apply).

• Payment is due at time of service.

Cancellation Policy:

48 hour notice is required for cancellations in order to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is equal to the full cost of session. This is necessary because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Insurance:

• I do not participate in any health insurance networks. 

• I am considered an “out of network” provider, which means I can provide you with a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance company.  Your health insurance program may provide you with partial reimbursement for services. Please call the number on the back of your health insurance card to verify the “out of network mental health benefits” for your specific insurance plan.
